Thistle tea towels and tote are GORGEOUS

Over Christmas break, I saw some really compelling and beautiful tea towels in a gift shop outside Edinburgh. I bought one, but when I got home to Germany I wanted a few more for other friends and family members, so I looked up Gillian's site and sent myself an order. Unfortunately, the German postal service decided to mark my order as "refused" without ever calling or contacting me. Gillian made it right, even though it was not even her mistake: she re-mailed the order, internationally, a second time, to a different address I was traveling to, and it arrived in great shape and perfectly packaged. Generously, she didn't charge me additional shipping costs even though she had to ship it twice. The colors, style, materials, and quality are all excellent: my gift recipients are going to love these gifts. I highly recommend this business to increase the beauty of your home!!! This is a great little company to deal with. Ordering was very easy and delivery was super fast. Parcels arrived well packaged. When I had a question, this was dealt with very quickly and satisfactorily.
