Warranty
- All of our Gillian Kyle suitcases come with a reassuring 2-year warranty. This covers all manufacturing issues, such as faulty wheels, locks, zips, etc, but does not cover accidental damage caused by yourself or the airline.
Delivery and Returns
- Our suitcases are made-to-order items and will usually be delivered 5-7 working days after your order (although occasionally it can take a few days longer). If you need your case for a specific deadline please do let us know and we will try our best to meet it for you
- As all Gillian Kyle suitcases are carefully printed and made to order, returns can only be accepted through our error or faulty product. Thank you.
