HOW TO ORDER
All wholesale orders are placed via our online order form, whilst logged in as a trade customer. You must be approved as a trade customer before ordering; please apply for a wholesale account here if you do not already have one. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details. You can then log in, add items to your basket and check out using Stripe or PayPal. There is no minimum order quantity for online wholesale orders.

All prices viewed whilst logged in as a trade customer – both on the online order form an on the website – are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT. The current VAT rate of 20% is added at the checkout for UK orders.
If a product you see in the store whilst logged in as a trade customer does not display a specified ‘wholesale price’, it is not currently available to trade customers. Feel free to get in touch (email@example.com) to discuss any particular product as we may be able to help. Only products available to trade will display in the online order form.
RRPs can be seen on our website, whilst not logged in as a trade customer. We generally work with a 2.4 mark up.
OUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
We cannot currently offer credit accounts to any customers and all orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. You can pay by Stripe (with a card) or by PayPal, as you checkout your order.
If you need to discuss paying by other means (such as BACS, cheque, cash or by card over the phone), we can help – just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Carriage-paid for UK orders is £350. Delivery is £10 for orders under £350. There is no minimum order quantity.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You will receive order confirmation once you place your order and we will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. If you need to request delivery on or before a specific date, we’ll be happy to help if we can; please email email@example.com.
We reserve the right to part ship or cancel orders without prior notice and will notify cancellation/part shipment of orders in writing. Once delivery to the specified address has taken place the risk in the Goods will pass to the Customer.
We can send trade orders anywhere in the world. International orders are not charged UK VAT but as you’d expect, your usual local taxes and duties will apply on delivery.
We use DHL for international deliveries. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
All cushions sold in international trade orders will be sent cover-only (ie no pad), again due to shipping cost. As a registered international trade customer, you’ll see a discounted cushion price to reflect this. If you’d prefer to purchase cushions with pads, please email us at the address above and we will get you a shipping quote.
SUPPLY OF GOODS
When it comes to considering whether or not we can supply customers we consider each new retailer carefully and make every effort to avoid stocking businesses in the same area with the same products or design ranges. Exclusivity will be considered on a case by case basis and maintained based on a customer’s ongoing order volume.
Gillian Kyle Ltd reserves the right at our discretion to refuse the supply of Goods. The receipt of an order confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not guarantee our acceptance of your order and we reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason.
ONLINE CHANNELS AND MARKETPLACES
Goods sold to trade customers are for bricks and mortar retail resale only. We do NOT permit resell of Gillian Kyle products on Amazon, Ebay or other online marketplaces and reserve the right to refuse supply to customers found to be doing so.
If GK products are to be sold via a customer’s own ecommerce website, express approval must be received in advance and in writing from Gillian Kyle Ltd. If this consent is given, all goods must have clear and prominent referencing to Gillian Kyle and Gillian Kyle’s established product naming.
AMENDING YOUR ORDER
If you need to amend or cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can make the required changes before your order is dispatched.
ERRORS, DAMAGED GOOD AND RETURNS
We work hard to make sure your order is correct but sometimes packing mistakes do happen. If your goods arrive damaged or wrong please notify us via email – email@example.com – (ideally within 48 hours of receipt of your items) and we will do our very best to sort the issue as soon as possible.
Please inspect your outer cartons on delivery, if they look damaged we kindly ask that you sign as damaged with the courier – this will make it easier for us to make a claim through courier, if damage has incurred during shipping.
If you change your mind about an item it’s no problem and we will be happy to accept the return for a refund or credit. The initial delivery charge and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable.
IMAGES, COPY & COPYRIGHT
Copyright for all Gillian Kyle designs, products, graphics, images, photography and product descriptions shall, at all times, be retained by Gillian Kyle Ltd.
You can request permission to use our product photography by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Identical product descriptions can negatively affect the search rankings of both parties so we don’t allow the copy-and-pasting of descriptions.
