In 1961, 10 years after the Caramel Wafer was first introduced, Boyd Tunnock printed on the wrapper of his biscuit: 1 million of these biscuits made and sold every week. The latest version of the Caramel Wafer wrapper now informs us that a whopping 6 million of these biscuits are made and sold every week.
