Celebrating Robert Burns, the ploughman poet, Scottish legend and source of inspiration for countless other artists and creatives over the last 250 years.
Rabbie was a colourful and insightful character and the topics he addressed 250 years ago are every bit as relevant now. In our GK Robert Burns Collection, we set out to explain the meaning and sentiment behind 4 of his better-known works using the power of illustration.
Address To A Haggis is Rabbie’s tribute to the mighty, spicy, chieftan o the puddin’ race and an essential part of any Burns Supper worth it’s salt.
Fancy throwing a Burn’s Supper at home? Read our fun illustrated guide for the step-by-step instructions. And for more information on all things Burns, please take a peek at our Illustrated Story of Robert Burns.
Lovingly illustrated, impeccably made and finished: these Gillian Kyle canvases are handmade to order and available in 5 square sizes.
We use a 280gsm bright white, tight-weave canvas material which is hand-stretched over a heavy-duty 38mm deep knot-free pine frame.
To add extra durability, and to ensure your canvas stands the test of time, we laminate all of our canvases to prevent cracking on the edges, resist ink-fade and protect your canvas from scuffs and moisture.
All of our canvas prints come with built-in wooden wedges that make it easy to tighten the canvas over time if ever required. They arrive ready to hang, with a specially designed hanging kit that hangs your canvas flush to the wall. Just one of many wonderful additions we offer for your home.
And only after each canvas is individually inspected, it is then carefully packaged in a white presentation box and dispatched to you post haste.
20.3 x 20.3cm / 8" x 8" – £25, 40.6 x 40.6cm / 16" x 16" – £40, 61.0 x 61.0cm / 24" x 24" – £65, 76.2 x 76.2cm / 30" x 30" – £90, 91.4 x 91.4cm / 36" x 36" – £115
