Our guide to last minute Father’s Day gifts
If you’re not yet sorted for Father’s day have no fear, but get your skates on, it is this Sunday. All of the gifts in our guide are perfect for the last minute shopper, so there’s no need to shirk your duties.
If your dad refers to ‘the google’ and tech isn’t his forte get a gift that brings him into the 21st century. Then be a model child and spend time showing him how he can use it. If he’s a reader treat him to a Kindle and preload an Amazon gift card to go with it.  Once you’ve shown him how easy it is to find and download books you might lose him for hours! Or introduce him to Spotify, it’s perfect for a musical trip down memory lane. It’s really easy to get the hang of and a three month trial’s just £0.99 too.
Indulge the music man in your life a bit more with a gig. Becoming a parent can really mess with gig going (small children, late nights and huge speakers aren’t the greatest mix.) Get gig tickets and join him, The List caters for a whole range of musical tastes.
Alternatively buy a gift voucher for his favourite restaurant and pop it in a card. He can enjoy a meal out, without the bill.
If he likes a dram most distilleries offer tours. These are a great Sunday activity. See how it’s made, enjoy a taste, and it’s the perfect chance for a wee lunch too.
The really good news is that it’s not too late to have Gillian Kyle goodies delivered. Order before noon on Friday to receive your parcel in time for Sunday. Here are our top picks for Dad:
* Every chef needs a good cover up and our large selection of Scottish aprons  make the perfect gift for a Dad who likes to cook. Our Tunnock's Caramel Wafer design is bright and colourful with a wee touch of humour too - always a hit with the gents
Pease Love and Teackes Mug
* We’re yet to meet a tea drinker whose doesn’t love the philosophy on our brand new Peace, Love & Teacakes  mug (featured above). Or, if he's a Barr's fan,  Peace, Love & Irn-Bru  might be more his bag?
* Our universally flattering soft grey Scottish Breakfast t-shirt  is a surefire winner! Dads love a good, practical tee and who doesn’t love a Scottish brekkie?
* Whether he uses it in his man cave,  garden shed or the office our retro styled Tunnock's storage tins are a great place for your dad to stash his goodies or bits and bobs!
Good luck everyone!  And have a great Father's Day.
Gillian
