Our standard delivery charges are £3.95 for orders of £25 and under and £4.95 for orders over £25.
Stretched canvas prints or suitcases are sent by specialist courier.

Some items on the GK website are held in stock by us while others are made-to-order and sent to you directly by our teams of specialist printers and makers.
This applies to all of our suitcases and stretched canvas wall art and selected t-shirt and cushion designs. If your order contains one or more of these made-to-order items, it will be split into multiple deliveries.
If an item is made to order, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
All Gillian Kyle stretched canvases and suitcases are carefully hand-made to order and sent via specialist couriers. We aim to deliver in 5-7 working days, although it can occasionally take a little longer. Please note that returns of these items can only be accepted through our error or faulty product.
Our made to order t-shirts usually ship within 5-7 days.
We can deliver your parcel anywhere in the world. Within the EU please allow 10 working days and at least 14 days for most other places.
We send our international orders using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service or international couriers, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
If for any reason you would like to return a regular stock item for an exchange or refund, please return it to us at the address provided below. Please remember to ask at the PO for (free) proof of posting, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely;

If you don’t have your returns form please just include a note stating your name, order number and what you would like us to do – refund your money, send another size, etc.
As all Gillian Kyle stretched canvases and suitcases are carefully hand-made to order, returns can only be accepted through our error or faulty product.
If your item is faulty or damaged please contact Gillian on gillian@gilliankyle.com before sending it back as we can usually send a replacement without seeing the item in person.
