Last Order Dates for Christmas 2012

UK Customers

If you choose to send your parcel First Class the last date for ordering is Wednesday 19th December. If you go for Second Class then the last date for ordering is Monday 17th December.

European Customers

The last date for ordering parcels to be sent somewhere in Europe is Sunday 9th December.

International Customers

If you are sending a Gillian Kyle gift anywhere else in the world, please order by Tuesday 4th December.

Delivery Times & Charges

UK Customers

We dispatch most of our domestic website orders using Royal Mail, and aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

If you choose to send your parcel First Class, most of our UK customers receive delivery the next day, or the day after (1-2 days). If you go for Second Class postage within the UK, then please expect it to arrive within 3-5 days.

If you need your parcel more quickly than that or have other special requirements get in touch with us here and we will try our best to help. We offer free delivery on orders over £50, and our standard delivery charges start at £2.75 and increase with the weight/value of your order to a maximum of £4.95. We do not make any profit on our delivery charges - we simply pass on the cost of picking/packing and sending.

International Customers

We can deliver your parcel anywhere in the world. Within the EU please allow 3-4 working days and 6-7 days for the rest of Europe. All other destinations will take approximately 10 working days. Timescales and costs vary enormously depending on the destination country, so if time is of the essence please contact us for more information or to arrange a courier delivery.

Gift-Wrap & Send

We can deliver your your parcel almost anywhere in the world for you. So, if its a present for someone why not opt to have it gift-wrapped, attach a personal message and send it straight to the recipient, whether they are home or abroad. Thats one less thing for you to do, and it will save you money on postage as well as some precious time. You can choose the gift-wrap option and compose your message at check-out; just make sure to specify the recipients address for delivery instead of your own.

Returns

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Gillian Kyle, but if for any reason you would like to return it for an exchange or refund, simply fill in the returns form included and return it, along with the goods, to us at the address provided.
