You bought presents and helped Yorkhill!

Thank you for helping us to bring some Christmas cheer to children on the wards at Yorkhill Hospital this Christmas! We pledged to donate 10% of our online sales to Yorkhill Children’s Foundation over the weekend of the 17th/18th December, and you guys definitely came up trumps and bought lots of last minute pressies. 

This Christmas we are celebrating our 3rd anniversary, and, to mark the occasion, we wanted to give something back to the community that has supported us so heartily on our journey so far. After a visit to the hospital this week to meet the children and staff, we decided to support the wonderful Yorkhill Children’s Foundation -  with Christmas just around the corner, it felt like the perfect partnership and we were delighted to be supporting a charity that does so much to help children in Scotland. David Welch, head of fundraising, at Yorkhill Children’s Foundation said: "We are thrilled to have been chosen by Gillian Kyle to receive this donation, which will go towards our ongoing efforts to make children’s lives on the wards this Christmas that little bit easier and more comfortable.”

 We donated 10% of our total online sales from Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December  – the busiest online shopping weekend in the calendar. Read more in the Evening Times and on Yorkhill’s own website.
